Compound Sentence in Syntax

In this paper, I wanna give the little information about Compound Sentence in Syntax ..

Syntax is ?

   Syntax is a study of the grammatical structure in which the format of words and phrases, clauses and punctuations are arranged to make a sentence.

What is Compound Sentence?

   Compound Sentence is one of Types Sentence in Syntax. Compound Sentence usually consists of two or more simple sentences joined into a Single Sentence. And it may be joined by a Coordinating Conjunction in the Sentence.

Coordinating Conjuctions, there are :

1. And
2. But
3. For
4. Nor
5. Or
6. Yet
7. So

The Examples : 

- Which one do you like Coffee or Tea ?
- I love to add little cocoa powder and cream in my Ice Cappucino
- My Sister wanted to buy a new Car, but she didn't have much money

Our Holiday

Assalamualaikum Wr. wb ..
Hello guys ....

Today I'll tell you all about my best friends .. My friends are Diah and Fifi . They are so sweet and funny. We care each other and no fight in our relationship.

 So, we went hangout together on December in whole day. Started on the saturday night, I picked up Diah from her house, after that we went to Mall and we waited for Fifi at the same time because she came from our village. After Fifi came, we went to hotel and we slept together in one room at hotel that night.

  Tomorrow we went to Gramedia to saw few books and then we made a decision to went to Zoo Kasang Kulim. I took them to the Zoo because they didn't go to there yet before. We arrived at Zoo Kasang Kulim in afternoon. We were already hungry when we reached there and we ate there because there are few canteens at that Zoo.

  After we ate, we walked around to saw the Animals. We saw all of animals in there. There are Snakes, Apes, horses, Crocodiles, Hippopotamus, Hedgehogs, Chickens, Ferrets, Elephants, Cassowarys, and others.

 We were very happy because we had a quality time to holiday without problem or task load 😄

 We were so satisfied look around Zoo, after that we went to Transmart Pekanbaru, we went there because we were feeling so hot after walked around Zoo. In Transmart we walked around also 😄 and found best spot to took a picture hehee

  We at Transmart until Evening and we went home after we were feeling tired but before went home, we ate at Ayam Bakar Pamuncak. It had a so delicious food and we ate till full hehehe

 Finally, we went home after ate with happy feelings and Tired but that was a unforgetable experience for us 😊😊

Phonetic Symbol (IPA)

In this Phonetic ...

We'll learn about Phonetic Symbol or International Phonetic Alphabet (IPA).

What is Phonetic?

              Phonetic is basic in linguistic which study how to pronounce sounds and the sound not change the meaning and the function of a word.

What is Phonetic Symbol?

    Phonetic symbol or International Phonetic Alphabet (IPA) Is the visual representation of speech sounds.

          In the Phonetic symbol we learn about Vowel. A vowel is sound produced with a comparatively open configuration of the vocal tract. Vowels are two types:

1. Monophthong (Single vowel) 

                       

      1. ᴂ  = Apple and Sat

      2. e / ԑ: = Ten and Bed / Her and Word

      3. i / i: = Me and See / Happy and Very

      4. ɪ = Sit and Hit

      5. u: = You and Too

      6. ʊ =Put and Food

      7. ə = Mirror and About

      8. ɑ:  = Far and Car

      9. Ʌ = Up, Above, and Love

      10. ɔ: = Fought, Law, and Door

      11. ɒ = Hot, On, and What

2. Diphthong (Double vowel)

     1. eɪ = Hey, Way, and Say

     2. aɪ = My, Eye, and Shy

     3. aʊ = Go, No, and Low

     4. ɑʊ = How, Now, and Cow

     5. ɔɪ = Boy, Toy, and Joy

A little bit about me

Assalamualaikum Wr. Wb ..

Hello guys ... 

  This is my first post, so I wanna tell you a little bit about me. I am Cendy Lauren as you know. I am a student in University of Lancang Kuning, Pekanbaru, Riau, Indonesia. I am still third semester in Faculty of Teacher Training and Education and my major is English Education. 

  Alhamdulillah I have a great parents also  beloved young brother and sister. In my family, I am a second child. I am different from my bro and sist because I am only one fatter and shorter at my home, but I never mind with that because I believe Allah gives every human being lacks and strengths. So Althought I am like this, with less attractive physique but I have a decent logic hehe :D

  Yeah ... I don't wanna be an arrogant person but that's the fact if I always got rangking in the top 5 when I was school and I am only one can speak english in my home event my english isn't fluently yet, also my grammar isn't perfect like others. But it's okay, because when you are wrong one so you will get the right one from that as long as you believe with your ability.
