Assalamualaikum Wr Wb ....
Hello guys ...
In this paper, I wanna give the little information about Context of situations Theory ..
Bloomfield's (1933) stated that the context was an essential part of meaning.
He defined the meaning of a linguistic form as the situation in which the speaker utters it and the response which it calls forth in the hearer.
Okay guys, I think it's enough for today to give you a liitle bit information about Context of situations Theory. So see you in my next post:)

BalasHapusThankyou for the comment, this Expanlation has been edited. So you can read this blog again.
HapusI think there is other theory more easy to understand than it.
BalasHapusThank you for the comment, yeah this writing has been edited, so you can reread this. And this is a other theory from the same expert.

BalasHapusThankyou for the comment. This writing has been edited,so you can read again and this will make you more understand than before.
Hapuswhy bloomfields conception makes its study impossible?
BalasHapusThankyou the comment. Sorry for the mistake, this writing has been edited. So you can re-read this.
HapusWhat the interesting from bloomfields? Why you choose him?
BalasHapusThankyou for the comment. In my opinion, bloomfields is one of experts in semantic, his theory is very nice. We can more understand with his theory when we learn about semantics. He is very famous in linguistics world especially semantics, his theory has been used by other expert and the writer when they researched about language, linguistic, and semantics
Hapusso, what the different this theory with the other theory???
BalasHapusThankyou for the comment. This theory explained about the context of situation. How to we speak or talk with others depend on the situation
BalasHapuswhy you choose this theory ?
BalasHapusTankyou for the comment. Because this theory is very closer with our life.
HapusCendy, please give me a simple example.
BalasHapusThankyou for the comment. The example "Jill, who is hungry, sees an apple. The apple in this case is the stimulus. This stimulus can produce in Jill a response in the form of an action and Jill can go and
Hapusget the apple. Jill’s response may as well be in the form of a verbal action and she may ask Jack to go and get the apple for her. Jill’s verbal action operates as a
linguistic response of his getting the apple for Jill."
